I'm so glad you told me. So, what? Is there a sign? Is there just the one meter for all those spots? Do you put in a stall number to pay?? Crazy!
There are numbers on the spots and you pay for your number. Walnut Creek library is like that too but they are better at letting you know that's how you are supposed to pay. :)
