Sid In The Whales Jaw

I had the opportunity to chaperone Sidney's Outdoor Education fieldtrip. It was 4 days and 3 nights. I couldn't have done it without the amazing support group I have in my friends and family. Outdoor ed was great!

Dean (Age 3) Apparently grew up today. In the past he has loved the T.V. show "Word World". Today he says to me "Mom, Can I watch American Idol, please?"
Dean (Age 3) Jon's in the car driving away for work. Dean is at the front door and says "I have to give him a kiss." I say "Just blow him a kiss." Dean says "What if I miss?"
Maren (Age 6) - "Mom, do you want some "Cup of Noodles"? It will warm your belly."
Maren (Age 6) - "Mom, can we visit the Fisherman's Ward (Wharf)?"
Sidney (Age 9) - Me "Do you think money grows on trees?" Sidney "If I did, I'd stay outside all day collecting money."
Sidney (age 9) - "Mom, would you rather have a picture of a Picasso or the real thing?" regarding the kids art.
Maren to Sidney - "Once your friend Jake moved to George Washington you thought it was okay to move to our new house."
Maren - "Dad, you have to change Dean's poopy diaper because Mom has to do it all the time and it's Mother's Day!
Dean (Age 2) - Me - Who's that? Dean - "PomPoo!" (Winnie the Poo)
Maren Moment (Age 6) Me - Oh you guys are so nice to me!" Maren - "Yeah, we are only nice to you because it's Mothers Day."
Dean, Age 2 - Mom, I want some macaNoni.
Maren Moment (Age 6) - I say to Maren "I hope people always treat you with respect and kindness." She says "Mom, do you think I'm the new girl in the neighborhood?"
Dean Moment (Age 2) - "Mom, I want to get a slurper."
Maren Moment (Age 6) - Me "Maren, have you seen my phone?" Maren "It's wherever you put it."
Wells Moment (Age 5) - While sitting in my mom and dad's big canoe at Lake Minchumina was asked by Jon "Wells, where are you?" Wells says "I'm in the ship"!
Jon Moment - "I've got the biggest small world story that you've ever heard."
Dean Moment (Age 2) - "I need to clean!" as he runs off with the dust buster.
Sidney Moment (Age 9) - "Mom, this year for the Variety Show I'm going to sing the song Maybe. It's time to reveal my talent to the world."
Maren Moment (Age 6) - I say "Maren you are such an angel." Maren says "Mom, if I was an angel I'd be dead."
